Rules of payment and cancellations policy :

For bookings made before September 1st, 2002, rooms will be guaranteed to all participants. For bookings made after September 1st, 2002, room availability will depend upon blocked rooms availability.

For all bookings

A deposit payment of 1 night rate of the total booking fee is required in order to confirm attendant’s reservation.
The remaining sum shall be paid before 15th November 2002.

Only hotel reservations accompanied with its corresponding payment will be accepted. Those hotel reservations without payment would not be considered.

Cancellation Policy
Any change or cancellation will be notified in writing to Viajes El Corte Inglés Agency before December 1st, 2002.
From November 15th, 2002 to December 1st, 2002 a night fee will be charged for total accommodation cancellations.
No refund can be made for cancellations received after December 1st, 2002.
All attendees will pay for their own incidental charges at the hotel.
All refunds will be made after the Conference.

Shortly Viajes El Corte Ingles will sent your reservation confirmation to the email address given.
